Gabriel's Inferno - Sylvain Reynard This book...

I wrote a series of essays about what bugged me in the 50% I could bear to read. I might try to edit that into one piece and post here, but the big opinion is: don't. Just...don't.

ETA: Aaaaaand, I'm WAY to lazy to edit my initial essays into a bite-sized review. So here's a link to the essays and take from them what you will. I'll admit, after seeing copious other quotes from the illustrious New Adult genre, this book actually has half-decent writing and the guy isn't so abusively horrible that you want to give the heroine the number to her local domestic abuse hotline, so there's a plus in that regard.
